The Seventh Sign of Madnes

I don’t feel like researching the other six, so I will just deal with the Seventh. It appears that Motion is part of our Metabolism. One Month old we cry and our Mother rocks us and we stop crying. Three Months old and some of us are thrashing into mobility. Six Months old and no One can keep us in park. When we take our First step we are running. From there on speed is in our Blood. We ride our Tricycles at breakneck speeds, our Bicycles to the point of breaking Bones. Speed is now deep Rooted in our Persona. No One has ever told us speeding into Disaster was nothing short of sheer Madness. So we continue this form of Madness into Adulthood.







When I was Eight years old I started figuring that there were something Deathly wrong with Speeding. My older Cousin started riding Motorcycles early in his Life. The Numerous times that I had seen him wearing Casts on his Arms, Leg and even full Body Cast, cured me of every wanting to ride a Motorcycle. Neck braces were a part of his Fashion. My Cousin grew up to be an Electrical Engineer, he could afford to buy all the Killer 🚲 Bikes his little Heart desired, and so did he. I was certain that a Crash would kill him. However it wasn’t a Motorcycle Crash that did it, but a Crash nonetheless. If speeding towards your Death or Someone else’s isn’t Madness, then I am Insane for thinking so. I live in the Greater Tampa Area of the U.S.A.








Since moving here Seven years ago the Death Toll from Motorcycle crashes steadily approach Two Hundred. Pedestrian Deaths by Vehicular Homicide surpasses Motorcycle Deaths. Automobile Deaths are in the Thousands. Ninety Percent of the Times, Speed is the only factor. I am living in an Asylum. Three Days ago another Fatality, a Motorcyclist doing wheelies at high speed. Two Days ago several Blocks from my House, a Mother crossing the Street, watched her Seven years old run over by a Speeding Ninja. He Died at the Hospital, the Hit and Run Rider later turned himself in. He lived One Block from my House. The Boys Death brought relief for me. One less Mad Man off my Street. The Street I live on bears the Name of a Boulevard.

It appears that every Idiot in my Neighborhood believes that a Thirty M.P.H. Boulevard is the place to pop your Lifters at Three A.M. there is no Doubt in my Mind that this Mad Man was one of those Idiots who woke me from a sound sleep doing Ninety in a 30 M.P.H. Zone. The Cars, they also shows no mercy. If operating your Vehicles at Break Neck speeds are the only way to get your Jollies, then you my Friend have Teetered the Axis of Sanity. The worst Trait that I find in People, is the inability of Self-Evaluation, Self-Analysis of one’s Daily Life. Doing things the same way every Time, each Time looking for different Results is the single most Important Marker of Madness. It’s a shame that Einstein’s Philosophies are Thought from Kindergarten to Postgraduates. We start out doing things wrong and we continue doing them wrong all through our Lives. Even when we hurt ourselves and others, sometimes our actions causes Fatalities, yet we saw nothing wrong in our behavior.

Playing Partisan Politics during a Crisis is largely lacking of Common Sense, while watching Rome Burn. Playing Partisan Politics at any given Time is Playing the People who put you in Office.

Funeral Homes are turning away Business. Hospitals are being asked to store our Loved ones until the Funeral Homes can take new Customers. C.D.C. Prohibits Gathering at Gravesites, you can’t even get to see them off. Many Crematoriums have broken down from the overwhelming capacity that they have been working at. Front Lines workers are Dying, other than Dying they are stretched to thei’r limits with Stress and Grief. I recently watched a News Program where a Nurse who contracted the Virus” was now in Dire Straits. She needed the use of portable Oxygen so she could take care of the Nine members of her Family who were also infected, including her Two years old Child. A Fund me Charity was setup for her.

The U.S. Titanic’s Bow is submerged, there aren’t enough Life Jackets and there is no more room in any of the Dinghies that once were Hospitals. The first laboratory-confirmed case of COVID-19 in the United States was confirmed on January 20, 2020, and reported to CDC on January 22, 2020. In March the Red Flag was Hoisted, while Partisan Politics waved the Red Cap. On it were the Words Make America Great again. Our Illustrious Leader told us that Covid19 was a Hoax. For Ten Months he Indoctrinated the Nation not to wear Masks. ” People wearing them are Stupid”. For Ten Months he Fiddled while Rome Burned. ” We are turning the Corner ” The Vaccine is just around the Corner. The Administration has been Lame Duck for Ten Months, while he Touted a Crooked Election Ten Months before the first Mail-in Ballot reached the Crooked Pooling Stations. I was no more than fifteen In the year Nineteen Sixty Nine, America was in Turmoil with Civil Unrest from constant Day to Day Protesting about Civil Rights and the Vietnamese War.

It was that long ago that I lost Faith in Governments and Politicians. During that time Russia was Ratcheting up its Brutality on Dissidents. I thought to myself that Communism was a Brutal form of Government. But how different was a Democracy that sent the National Guard to beat down Innocent Black People Asking for Equality, many were Killed, as they were in Russia. That was just to Illustrate how Inept Governments can be. Wheather dealing with discontent among  its Citizens or a Pandemic of Tumultuous Proportions. Nero must  be their Mentor ( Ineffectual and Procrastinating) Fifty years of paying Taxes leaves me feeling that I was Taken. Now I understand why Hillbillies don’t like to pay Taxes. When I worked for Solomon Brothers I met a young Man who Graduated College Phi beta Kappa. This Guy was Educated enough to learn Rocket Science, the Tragedy, he was as Stupid as Oliver Hardy, or for that matter Mo, Larry and Curly. He possessed not one Gram of Mother Witt( Common Sense)- ( Figurative Mind) -(Intuitivity)-(Rationality) in a Nutshell he had no Reasoning Power. Now can you imagine being Governed by a Congress, a Senate a House of Rep and a President all Phi Beta Kappas. All not knowing that Dead People don’t pay Taxes.

The Reason I dug all of this up is to Impress on the Ensuing Generation the great Importance of Enlightenment. Education is only a Tool to become Enlightened. One of my High School Teachers told me that I should never stop Learning. When I decided to start Blogging I began to read Books on Blogging.

Today I was reading where Republicans in Government are Discombobulated and in Discord and Disarray, because they are afraid of getting a poison Tweet from the Tweeter. Einstein said that he was afraid that Technology would create a Generation of Idiots. The sad reality, it has come to past. Tweets have surpassed meaningful Conversations. Six years ago I joined several Social Networks. My Reasoning was that Social Media is a Powerful Communication Medium. Matter of Fact it was very instrumental of me starting Blogging. I quickly learned that most of the People Posting on Social Media, were by absolute Idiots and totally Selfie driven People, looking for Ten Seconds of Fame. Many of these Posting were totally Offensive and dehumanizing. When they opened their Mouths thei’r lack of Intelligence personified. I quickly learned that Illiteracy was an Epidemic, to further spread thei’r Illiteracy they developed a new Language.

If you’ve been observing social media conversations, you might have come across a ton of lingo or acronyms that take you a while to figure out. Social media acronyms like Lol, TFW, TBH and LMK get thrown around very casually in comments, captions and conversations between people. Acronyms are ok but why should you perplex your Readers. Some go further by Abbreviating misspelled words, a Friend of mine paraphrased this type of Communication as ” Bad Chatting” which in its self is what I have been trying to highlight about Social Media. With that being said, why would any Intelligent Lifeforms allow themselves to become Inundated with Pigeon Psychology.

Pigeon Language is a Primitive form of Communication. That is what a lot of Social Media Postings and Tweets amounts to. A wise Man once Enlightened me by telling me,  that if you are walking down the Street and someone is following you calling you all kind of Vile names. The only time that you are whatever he is calling you, is when you stop and look back and Acknowledge him and asked him ” Are you talking to me” . I take it one step further, when he gets close to you and taps you on the Shoulder, it’s time to defend yourself. With all of that being said, if you consider yourself to be an Intelligent Person, why would you Read Idiot Tweets, better yet giving them Creditability by believing and re-tweeting them.

A Generation of Idiots, how could Einstein be so Enlightened to have Foreseen this Generation before There were any Internet. The answer is simple, some of us possess an Intuitive, Inquisitive and Rational Mind, without one Education is only Programming. Which makes it all the more easier to spread Propaganda and half Baked Truths and Grandiose. grandiosity refers to an unrealistic sense of superiority, characterized by a sustained view of one’s self as better than other people, which is expressed by disdainfully viewing them as inferior; and refers to a sense of personal uniqueness, the belief that few other people have anything in common with oneself, and that one can only be understood by a few, very special people. The personality trait of grandiosity is principally associated with narcissistic personality disorder (NPD), but also is a feature in the occurrence and expression of antisocial personality disorder.

I am sorry my Friend but Sixty Eight years of living on this Earth have Educated me far beyond Four years of sitting in a Classroom listening to a Professor indoctrinating me with his own personal Ideologies of how Governments should be run. I have had enough Teachers, from Marie Antoinette and Louis, Nero,  Ferdinand Marcos and Fidel Castro to learn what happens to People who allows themselves to be Duped. Spirituality comes from God, Religion is Manmade, so are Governments, both are Susceptible of Corruption. Tweeting is no way to run an Administration. I have always believed that People who sent Texts instead of Verbal Communication were Ingenuine and Masks their true Feelings. Tweeting and Texting is for Email Marketing and Internet Scammers. The People who Entertain them allows themselves to be Taken. When it comes to contracting the Virus, I am antisocial. When it comes to Malicious Tweets, I am antisocial. This Blog is Dedicated to My English Literature Teacher who Prodded me for Two years to tell her ” What is the Author not saying” thank you, I can read the Tweets. Finally Life is Bigger than you or I and no matter what you do, I wouldn’t want to be like you.

My Own Man

Rendering an Opinion is expressing your own Thoughts. There is a big Difference in Rendering as opposed to Echoing someone else’s. Rendering means that you are an Independent Thinker capable of formulating your own Thoughts and you don’t have Clone Mentality. It’s absolutely uncanny that when your Parents are Teaching and Training you that you don’t Recognize what they were trying to accomplish, until you all Grown up yourself. My Mother have never tried to Clone my Thinking to Her’s, even when I was Hell bent on self-destruction. She allowed me to burn myself out on that Path, until I came full circle with my Thinking.

That Training goes as far back to four years old, when I told her that I was cold she never told me that it was eighty Degree, how can you be cold. When I told her that I wasn’t hungry, she never told me that you haven’t eaten all Day, yes you are hungry and you are going to eat. That type of interaction went on all the way through our Lives. She was molding me into an Independent Thinker, which was oblivious to me. I always thought she was easygoing and soft. Like when I was fourteen and she found my Ounce of Weed. She didn’t go off the Deep End, several Days later she sat me down and Communicated with me. One of the Questions she ask me was, do you want to be a Bum or a Respectable Person that People looks up to.

She continued, the People you are Running with aren’t for you, doing what they are doing smothered your Individuality. I didn’t Raise you to Succumb to Peers Pressure, you are your own Person doing what they do makes you their Puppet. My God that Woman was wiser than Solomon. She had crafted a Passageway to my Mind. Whatever Problem I had throughout Life I could Discuss it with her, even Women trouble. During that Discussion she used a Phrase that stuck with me all my Life, ” Like Minded People” as soon as she uttered those Words, Zombies flashed in my Head. From there on I knew that I was an Independent Thinker.

I knew that I would never be one of the Mass, I wouldn’t belong to a Political Party, associated maybe, but not belong, no one Dictates to me. Even in my Work Life , once I learned my job and knew what was expected of me, leave me alone. I also knew that I would never join a Gang or a Cult. Today Party Affiliation resembles Cult to me. For Forty Seven years I have wondered why did I turned down the Offer to work for Organized Crime, making Huge Money atTwenty years old. Mother’s work was done, I was an Independent Thinker. The Neighborhood Drug Dealer who owned many six Stories Thirty Units Buildings, tried to make me like him, Filthy Rich. Today I am Poor and work in a Justice System and not Residing in a Cell.

The Black Muslims of Malcolm X tried to Indoctrinate me, they failed. The Black Panther Party tried to Recruit me they also failed. When you are an Independent Thinker you are Impervious to bad choices and Propaganda. No one can Whip you into a frenzy with Sugarplums and Misinformation. Four Days from my Twenty First Birthday, On November 18, 1978, Peoples Temple founder Jim Jones leads hundreds of his followers in a mass murder-suicide at their agricultural commune in a remote part of the South American nation of Guyana. All that did was to strengthen my Convictions not to be a Follower and let myself get Duped by some Charismatic Talker.

As I have said Over and again I have spent my entire Life Learning from other People’s Mistakes. 1933 the Beleaguered German People filled Stadiums Listening to a Characteristic Speaker. They decided to break away from thei’r Democratic Style Government and Elected the Charismatic Speaker as Chancellor, look at the Chaotic outcomes. I guess that was the Birth of Heard Mentality. It’s always a difficult task to break from the Norm, but it’s the only way to be truthfully Free. My Wife puts it Best ” You came into this World alone and you will leave it alone” I say you’ve got one Life to Live, don’t let someone else live your Life and don’t live someone else’s Life. As you know I don’t like beating my Gums more than necessary to get my Point across whatever you didn’t hear me say , is for you to Figure out. So I am ending it on the lite side. John Smith’s first Day in School was a Tear Jerker. The Teacher introduced herself and began Roll call. When she got to John, she called his name several times, he never answered. All the other kids were accounted for, so she walked over to the only Kid that wasn’t accounted for and asked him, are you John Smith? He answered yes. The Teacher asked him how come he didn’t answer Roll call, he replied that’s not what my Mother call me. The confused Teacher asked him what does she call you, He replied, Dumb Ass. So there you have the Moral for being an Independent Thinker, no one can call you that. Last Word goes to my favorite Thinker. I have no Stomach for Politics, but Desperate Times call for Desperate Measures.

I have always mentained that Elected Government Officials were the Consensus of the Populous. I have Thought this way science I was fifteen sitting in my Social Studies Classes at William Howard Taft High School in the Bronx. During that Time I Observed National Civil Unrest, dealing with the Vietnam War and Black Issues. Many are still with us Fifty Three years later. Voter Suppression, Economic inequality and unfair Treatment by Cops are just a few that drew Protests back then. The Government did little to Squelch the Protests, except for the use of unnecessary Force. J. Edgar Hoover was an Enigma. Today I read that in Washington, Armed Neo Nazis were greeted with a Smile and a Nod by your Beloved Outgoing President who tries to hold on to Power like a Dictator.

Is Donald Trump’s Ideals the Consensus of the Populous? If that be the Case we need to have a Recall of every American Currency in Circulation. The reason for the Recall is to Issue New Currencies Omitting the Words ” In God we Trust” because if the Populous Buy into this Divisive Mentality and the Constitution means nothing, (We The People) then surely, Babylonia has Resurrected. I Draw Parity with the Great King Nebuchadnezzar. He Conquered Judah and Jerusalem and set the Jews into Exile. He was Credited with the Construction of the Hanging Gardens of Babylon. The same one who threw Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego into a Roaring Furnace. They were protected by an Angel and so they Lived. All because they would not take part in his Sacrilege. We are in a Roaring Furnace of Pandemic, calling all Angles. Far be it for me a Sinner Preaching to you, I am just Citing Observations. The same Day he Acknowledged the Homegrown Terrorists while passing in his Motorcade, he Tweeted that the Washington Police should do thei’r Jobs breaking up the Opposing Protesters who were Protesting him ” Don’t Hold back” he told them.

Dejavue, Selme Alabama 1968 all over again. Ironic that since his Defeat he has been playing Golf everyday, holding Democracy Hostage and not doing the Job that he was Elected to do. The way he is spending his last Sixty Days in Office, is Equivalent to me giving my Company Notice that I was leaving in Two Months. However I had no plans of doing anything for the reminder of my stay, including not training the Person Slated to replace me, to do a Complicated and Challenging Job. While still drawing a Salary throughout the reminder of my stay. Did I mention Ineptness and Ineffectual Government. What is Congress doing? Many of his Brainwashed Supporters are Humoring him, Embellishing the Conspiracy Theories towards our Democracy. His Actions and that of many High Profile Elected Officials is as Un-American as it gets. I Believe in the Ideals of our Founding Fathers, not Donald Trump’s.

Denigrating the Democratic Process, does not make America Great, it Undermines the Ideals of the Architects of the Constitution. I can’t believe that he Tweeted ” Always support your Country, your Government, only when Deserving”. That is as Hypocritical as me a Sinner Preaching to you. He haven’t supported this Country since Covid19 Inundated Home sweet Home. His last Meeting with the Covid19 Think Tank was April, while he did his best to make it a Super-Spreader Event for Seven Months. People around us kept dropping while we turned the Imaginary ” Corner”.

Brings to mind when I was Traveling in a Remote part of Pennsylvania. I became lost and ask a Local for Directions, he told me that the Road that I was looking for was a Stone-throw around the Bend. I drove for Hours looking for the Bend. Seven Months later the Illusive Corner is a Mega-Pandemic, he is still playing Golf, while the Corner has turned into a Diameter. Will someone Explain to me what this Checks and Balance is all about when Both Parties undermines their Primary Objectives for Eight Years ( The People) while Filibustering and being Self Serving. Its for this Reason that Fifty Three years ago, sitting in Social Studies Class that I Equated Politics to a Country Club, they get on the Floor and beat each other down then spend the weekend knocking Glasses, if you Vote with me I’ll vote with you.

That’s how we get things done in Washington. The Economists say that a Stimulus is Detrimental to the recovery of our Economy, Small Business are Shutting down in great Numbers, people face Eviction in Huge Numbers, the Second Great Depression is the only thing that’s around the Corner, while the Senate 🎻 while Nero plays Golf. I didn’t start Blogging to get involved in Politics. I started Blogging to save Lives behind the Wheel. But watching my Beloved America Drowning in Complacency and Ambivalence, it forces me to Speak up. I am a Man of few Words, I try to make every Word counts ( there is that Word again “Count”) .
